69-year-old woman arrested in Loeike Guei murder investigation

Two more people, including a 69-year-old woman, have been arrested in connection with the killing of Loeike Guei, whose body was found on fire in Mitcham.

The woman and a 27-year-old man were arrested yesterday on suspicion of murder and perverting the course of justice. They both remain in custody at a west London police station.

The body of Loeike, aged 23, from Thornton Heath, was found on Commonside East in Mitcham on September 17 after police were called to reports of a man on fire.

Three other men have been charged with murder.

Raphael Kokkinos, 33, of Polworth Road, Streatham, and Joseph Kokkinos, 30, of Chelsham Road, Clapham have been charged with murder.

Aaron Williams, 28, of Warwick Gardens, Thornton Heath, has been charged with murder and possession of an offensive weapon.

All three will appear at the Old Bailey on December 18.

A 31-year-old man was previously arrested on suspicion of murder but has been released with no further action.
