Charlton Athletic midfielder makes loan switch
Charlton midfielder Ben Dempsey has joined Woking on loan.
The 20-year-old also had a temporary spell with the non-league outfit last season, featuring five times in February and March before the National League campaign was voided due to Covid-19.
Dempsey also had a loan to Dulwich Hamlet and featured in their FA Cup first round defeat to Carlisle United at Champion Hill in November 2019.
An injury crisis at Charlton saw the academy product chalk up four Championship appearances in the previous campaign and he started three successive matches at the start of January.
Dempsey had made seven appearances in total for the Addicks.
