Charlton Athletic boss gives fitness update on Lyle Taylor ahead of Hull match
BY RICHARD CAWLEY
Lee Bowyer is hopeful that Lyle Taylor will be fit for Charlton’s match at Hull City on Saturday.
The striker injured his ankle in last weekend’s 1-0 defeat to Middlesbrough at The Valley but stayed on the pitch for the remainder of the match – but not before receiving treatment in the second half.
Addicks boss Bowyer said: “I think he is okay.
“Naby [Sarr] is training today and Lyle should train today.
“There was about three who didn’t train on Monday and Tuesday but should train today.”
