Charlton Athletic have had ‘enquiries’ for attacking midfielder

Lee Bowyer says that Charlton Athletic have fielded fresh enquiries for Erhun Oztumer.

The attacking midfielder has been on loan at Bristol Rovers for the first part of the League One campaign.

Oztumer, 29, is set to be a free agent at the end of this season.

“I think Bristol Rovers like him but we have had other enquiries about him – it just depends what Erhun wants to do really,” said Addicks manager Bowyer.

“It’s about where he sees himself and where he’d rather be.

“Again there is no rush with Erhun. He is there on loan and if someone was interested and wanted to do something more permanent then we’d listen to that.”
