Charlton Athletic head coach asked for contract talks update on Dobson and Blackett-Taylor
Michael Appleton was unable to provide any update on contract talks with George Dobson and Corey Blackett-Taylor.
Both have been key players for Charlton Athletic this season but are due to be free agents at the end of the campaign.
Both Dobson and Blackett-Taylor attracted interest in the summer transfer window.
Addicks technical director Andy Scott is responsible for player negotiations.
Blackett-Taylor is joint-top for assists in League One with five.

“Nothing other than what you probably know – that they have been offered a contract,” head coach Appleton told the South London Press, when asked if he was aware of any progression with the pair.
“That is down to Andy and the agents, to try and sort out. All I would say is the two lads have been spot-on, they have been great and cracked on with their football.
“Clearly they leave that (their futures) to their advisors and the likes of Andy.”

Not sure how this is really considered news. Literally says nothing.
