Darren Pratley made his first appearance for Charlton Athletic since signing on a free transfer following his release by Bolton Wanderers this summer.
The former Fulham and Swansea midfielder starts in tonight’s friendly at home to Brighton.
Trialist Rohan Ince is on the bench and is set to play the second 45 minutes against his former club.
Winger Simon Dawkins, another looking to land a deal with the Addicks, is in Lee Bowyer’s side to start.
There is also a Valley return for Dale Stephens, who was sold to Brighton in 2014.
