Charlton Athletic Women complete deal for former Tottenham midfielder Elisha Sulola
Charlton Athletic Women have signed Elisha Sulola on a permanent basis.
The 20-year-old midfielder had spent the second half of last season on loan from Tottenham. The transfer is subject to FA clearance.
The Addicks have gone full-time this summer with owner Thomas Sandgaard determined they win promotion from the FA Women’s Championship
Sulola also played under Charlton manager Karen Hills when she was in charge of the north London club.
“Elisha is a bright, talented, young player and I’m thrilled we have signed her on a permanent full-time basis,” said Hills. “I worked with Elisha previously at Tottenham and I know how hard she works and what she can bring to the team.”
Sulola said: “Charlton is ambitious and a club with good intentions, so I’m looking forward to getting into it.”
