BY RICHARD CAWLEY

Lee Bowyer has dismissed transfer rumours linking Macauley Bonne with a Charlton Athletic exit.

The former Leyton Orient striker – who cost £200,000 in the summer – has scored six times in the Championship this season.

Bonne has been linked with Leicester City, Newcastle United and Fulham.

But Bowyer told the South London Press: “That’s his agent who has put that out there.”
