Charlton manager Lee Bowyer only gets FA warning for red card against Birmingham City

Charlton Athletic manager Lee Bowyer has only been issued with a warning for his red card in Saturday’s 1-0 loss to Birmingham City.
The Addicks boss left his technical area to throw a stray ball back to the Blues bench – as it had originally entered the field of play from that direction.
The Football Association have confirmed they will take no formal action against Bowyer.
Bowyer told Charlton’s official website: “I’m happy the FA have made the correct decision to take no further formal action. Our focus remains on preparation for Saturday’s game against Wigan.”
The Addicks issued the following information: “Bowyer was sent off in stoppage time by referee Matthew Donohue under law 12 for “physical or aggressive behaviour towards an opposing player, substitute, team official, match official, spectator or any other person”.
The report and the match video were reviewed by the FA, who wrote to the club to confirm they will not be taking any formal disciplinary action on this occasion. Bowyer was warned about his future conduct.”
