Charlton midfielder not attracting loan interest – with best chance of move away set to be non-league switch

Charlton midfielder Albie Morgan is not set to get a loan move before tomorrow’s transfer deadline.

The Addicks youngster has started just one of the club’s opening three League One fixtures.

Morgan was not in the squad for the 2-0 loss at Lincoln City and an unused sub last time out against Sunderland.

Asked about a possible move, Charlton manager Lee Bowyer said: “There’s been no interest in Albie – not in league football.

“He might end up going non-league after the window closes. There is no-one coming in for Albie.”
