Crystal Palace resume Premier League season on June 20 – with the BBC screening match against Bournemouth
Crystal Palace resume their Premier League campaign on June 20 – with their fixture against Bournemouth to be shown live on the BBC.
It is the first time the broadcaster has televised a match in the competition since the 1987-88 campaign. The top flight was rebranded in 1992.
All 92 remaining matches in the Premier League – which had been suspended due to the coronavirus pandemic – will be televised.
The Eagles are 11th in the table and have won their last three fixtures. Jordan Ayew’s goal secured a 1-0 victory over Watford on March 7, their most recent action.
