Exclusive: Charlton Athletic duo set to sign contract extensions
BY RICHARD CAWLEY
George Lapslie and Reeco Hackett-Fairchild are set to sign new Charlton Athletic contracts.
Left-back Lewis Page penned a two-year deal extension last week.
“A couple of the young ones are close to signing,” Addicks manager Lee Bowyer told the South London Press.
“George Lapslie and Reeco [Hackett-Fairchild], I think they are close from what I heard at the back end of last week.
“I’m hoping a lot will just follow in Pagey’s footsteps now.
“Pagey realised it was a good deal, a fair deal and that we’re a good club. I hope everyone else does the same.”
