Fulham are reportedly digging in against Scott Parker and refusing to pay their outgoing manager any severance pay.
The Whites were relegated from the Premier League and will be playing Championship football next season.
Parker has been heavily linked with a move to Championship rivals Bournemouth.
The Sun are reporting that due to to the 40-year-old still having two years left on his contract at Craven Cottage that he is entitled to a pay-off of around £2million if he left by mutual consent.
They add that Fulham hierarchy are insisting Parker will have to resign or leave without any pay-off.
The Whites are being linked with Steve Cooper and Slaven Bilic as replacements for Parker.
