Growers show off fruit (and veg) of their labour

Brixton residents showed off their produce at a range of community events held this month in the Moorlands Nature Garden Allotment.

The 15-plot allotment is run by housing association Metropolitan, which manages the Moorlands estate.

The organisation is working with community project Loughborough Farm to set up and workshops at the allotment for Metropolitan residents, including sessions on making compost and taking care of winter vegetables.
