Have you made your New Year’s revolution yet?

Forget your New Year’s resolutions, try new year revolution instead – and check out vintage cars on January 1.
Start the new year in classic style with a special ‘New Year’s Revolutions’ event from Mean Old Timers and Greenwich Market.

The Mean Old Timers Classic Car and Motorcycle Club will be bringing a selection of their member’s vehicles – dating from the 1950s to the 1980s, from Alpine to Zephyr, there’s a favourite for everyone.

Enjoy live rock’n’roll Rockabilly from the ever-popular The Ronnie Ripple and the Ripchords, classic tunes from vinyl DJs The Bloody Marys, plus the usual mix of fantastic street food, and Greenwich Market vintage and craft stalls to spend your Christmas money on, and buy yourself the presents that you really want.

The motorcycle display area in Fry’s Court will also be open to non-members, so if you’re visiting on a classic or classic-styled motorbike, you can park there, depending on space.
It’s on from 2pm-6pm in Greenwich Covered Market with market stalls open from 11am.

Everyone at the South London Press thanks you for your continued support.

Former Housing Secretary Robert Jenrick has encouraged everyone in the country who can afford to do so to buy a newspaper, and told the Downing Street press briefing:

“A FREE COUNTRY NEEDS A FREE PRESS, AND THE NEWSPAPERS OF OUR COUNTRY ARE UNDER SIGNIFICANT FINANCIAL PRESSURE”

If you can afford to do so, we would be so grateful if you can make a donation which will allow us to continue to bring stories to you, both in print and online. Or please make cheques payable to “MSI Media Limited” and send by post to South London Press, Unit 112, 160 Bromley Road, Catford, London SE6 2NZ
