Kingstonian are set to groundshare with Tooting & Mitcham from the start of the 2022-23 season.
The move is subject to approval from the Isthmian League. There is an option to extend until the K’s are able to build a new stadium in their own borough.
“Both clubs are looking at growth and new beginnings,” said a statement on the Terrors website.
“TMUFC have recently achieved a planning consent for an ‘enabling’ residential block on one small area of Imperial Fields.
“The surplus funds from the development will be invested into further community buildings at the site, creating greater footfall and sustainability for TM United.
“The entire scheme will offer 100 per cent affordable housing.
“Both clubs are confident that the synergy between them works well to allow for a happy co-existence at Imperial Fields.”
