Cross The Tracks stacks 2025 line-up with soul, jazz and funk
Cross The Tracks festival is lining up another irresistible celebration of soul, jazz and funk for May Bank Holiday 2025.
The one-dayer will take place at Brixton’s Brockwell Park on May 25.
Michael Kiwanuka, the Mercury-prize winning soul singer, will headline this year.
Having just dropped his latest album, Small Changes, following a knock out performance at Glastonbury last summer, Mr Kiwanuka is at his creative peak.
He joins a stacked lineup including the likes of Jordan Rakei, who recently sold out the Royal Albert Hall twice over, Nala Sinephro, Cymande, Sinead Harnett, Bashy and Gilles Peterson.
These come on top of first wave names Baby Rose, Lynda Dawn, Jaz Karis, Egyptian Lover, Aba Shanti-I, Channel One, Shae Universe, Fabiana Palladino, JGrrey and many more.
But the music is not all there is scheduled with a creatives’ market, talks, panels and workshops by charity partners, site art and so much more for a wonderful summer time session.
This year’s event is a cultural wonder packed with 70+ hours of music and loved for its open minded crowd, free-spirited atmosphere and mix of musical class – some old, some new, plenty of things in between but all of it innovative and fresh.
There will also be more than breweries from across South London, food and drink traders and specially designed stages.
Previous installments of Cross The Tracks have featured everyone from Ezra Collective to Patrice Rushen, En Vogue and Anderson Paak, garnering the annual celebration build a broad and dedicated fan base, so get your tickets before they’re gone.
