Man, 68, charged in connection with stabbing in Notting Hill

A man has been charged in connection with a stabbing in West London on Wednesday.

Francis Pierre, 68, of Westbourne Park Road, W11, was charged with GBH with intent and four counts of points and blades.

He will appear at Westminster Magistrates’ Court today.

This follows an incident around 5.30am on Wednesday where police were called to reports of a man stabbed on the Brunel Estate, off Westbourne Park Road, Notting Hill.

The man, aged in his 50s, remains in hospital in a critical but stable condition.
