A man has died and another has been taken to hospital after a double stabbing in Merton last night.
Emergency services were called at around 11pm to reports of a stabbing in the communal area of flats in London Road, Morden.
Two men were found with stab wounds. A 25-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene at around 11.30pm.
A second man, aged 33, was taken to hospital but his injuries are not thought to be life-threatening.
A post-mortem will be held soon and a crime scene remains in place. No arrests have been made.
