Millwall boss not willing to speculate on Troy Parrott’s injury situation
Gary Rowett says he doesn’t want to speculate how long Troy Parrott will be sidelined for – but knows the striker will miss Millwall’s match at Swansea this weekend.
The on-loan Tottenham frontman damaged his ankle on his debut last Wednesday night in the EFL Cup against Burnley.
Lions manager Rowett – speaking yesterday morning – said: “We’re pretty sure there is some damage in there. The scan should come back today, we should have a specialist report this week.
“Until we get all those things then it would be speculative. I don’t want to be speculative. It looks a little bit more than he is coming back for the weekend.
“But we’ll see exactly the extent of it as we go along.”
