Millwall have signed Reading striker Jon Dadi Bodvarsson for an undisclosed fee.
The Lions have also only described the 27-year-old’s contract as long term.
Bodvarsson is the fifth senior signing made by Millwall in the summer transfer window. It has been speculated the fee is in the region of £750,000.
Bodvarsson has signed in time to be part of the Lions squad who fly out to Portugal this afternoon for a warm weather training camp.
The forward told the club’s official website: “I have known about Millwall’s interest in me for quite a while now.
“I’m just really happy that it is finally finalised and I’m excited to crack on, meet with the lads and start the work.
“I like to think I am an honest player, I am hard-working and more of a team player than an individual. I like to score a lot of goals and work hard for the team to get us up the table.”
