Mitcham stab victim pictured as man, 24, charged with murder
A man has been charged with murder after a 39-year-old was knifed to death in Mitcham on Monday night.
Kemuel Gambicky-Forbes, 24, of Deer Park Gardens, Mitcham, was charged with murder and possession of a knife yesterday.
He will appear in custody at Wimbledon Magistrates’ Court today.
Gambicky-Forbes is charged with the killing of Leon Anderson, 39, at his home in Maple Close, Mitcham, on Monday.
Cops were called to the house at around 7.30pm where they found Mr Anderson suffering from stab wounds.
He was treated at the scene by paramedics before being taken to hospital where he later died.
His family are being supported by specialist officers, police said.
Gambicky-Forbes attended a south London police station on Tuesday, where he was arrested on suspicion of murder.
