Teenager charged with murder of 36-year-old Tyrone Pinnock
A teenager has been charged with the murder of 36-year-old Tyrone Pinnock.
The 16-year-old boy will appear in custody at Willesden Magistrates’ Court today, charged with the murder of Mr Pinnock, from Harrow Road, Wembley.
The teenager was arrested on Wednesday.
An 18-year-old man who was arrested on suspicion of murder on Monday has been released with no further action.
Mr Pinnock was fatally stabbed in Kensal Road, North Kensington on October 19.
The Met said he was attacked on a busy footbridge that crosses Harrow Road in Wembley, between 5pm and 7pm before he was found by a member of the public in Kensal Road, North Kensington, at around 6.40pm.
Officers carried out first aid and called for support from paramedics from the London Ambulance Service, however, sadly he died at the scene.
The force said his family continue to be supported by specially trained officers.
