QPR agree January deal for Bright Osayi-Samuel
QPR have agreed a deal to allow Fenerbahce to sign Bright Osayi-Samuel in this transfer window – rather than wait until the summer.
The Turkish Super Lig side announced recently they had agreed terms with the South Londoner, whose contract with the R’s expires in the summer.
Because Osayi-Samuel has moved outside of England. And it means the compensation due to Rangers would have been slashed. There is also no sell-on in that scenario either.
QPR have not selected the Woolwich-raised winger since it was announced he had signed a pre-contract with Fenerbahce.
“QPR have reached an acceptable agreement with Fenerbahce for the immediate transfer of Bright Osayi-Samuel,” said the Championship side in a statement on their official website.
“This is subject to a medical and personal terms.”
