Report: Crystal Palace set for £25m bid for Celtic attacker

Celtic attacker Odsonne Edouard is a £25million target for Crystal Palace, according to one national newspaper.

The Sun are claiming that the Eagles are ready to test the waters with a bid for the striker, 22, who still has two years to run on his deal with the Scottish giants.

The paper says that Celtic are keen to secure Edouard on a new contract but that Palace are one of several clubs monitoring his situation.

Edouard scored 21 goals in 27 matches as Celtic marched to their ninth Premiership title in a row.

In total he has netted 60 times in 126 outings since arriving in French side PSG in August 2017. His initial loan was turned into a permanent stay the following summer as Celtic paid £9m.
