A social media phenomenon and football journalist is hosting an evening show to tell the stories behind some of the biggest transfers he’s broken in world football.
Fabrizio Romano is a bit of a social media marvel, having come out of nowhere in the last six years to become one of the biggest influencers in football with 50 million followers across social media.
An Evening with Fabrizio Romano, hosted by BBC Sports presenter, Emma Jones, will be held at the Eventim Apollo in Queen Caroline Street, Hammer-smith on December 11.
Throughout the night – which will also have a Q&A – Mr Romano will tell his own story of how he became a football journalist, as well as insight into how the modern transfer works, the stories of its most high profile sagas, and current football affairs.
Mr Romano has worked for Sky Sports Italy for over a decade and has reported for The Guardian, and CBS Sports. Various sports stories he has broken include transfers involving Bruno Fernandes, Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo.
