Caroline Dubois reveals dream 2025 fight schedule
WBC interim world lightweight champion Caroline Dubois has revealed her dream start to 2025 would be a unification bout against Terri Harper.
Greenwich’s Dubois, 23, is 10-0 in the professional ranks.
Harper, 28, won the WBO title in September after defeating Rhiannon Dixon.
Asked for her fight wishlist for next year, Dubois told 5 Live Boxing with Steve Bunce: “My number one would be Terri Harper – I’d love to snatch the belt she has just got.
“Second would be either Katie Taylor or Beatriz Ferreira. And I would like to fight Alicia Baumgardner – that would be a massive 2025. It is something I would love to make happen.
“Chantelle [Cameron] (the WBC interim super-lightweight champion) is probably thinking she is from another era and I don’t want to go there but, listen, I am coming for all of those girls.
“I don’t like that attitude of ‘I’m from a different era’. If you don’t feel you are ready or don’t want to fight people then you shouldn’t be boxing.
“This generation is literally coming for everybody – so stay on your toes.”
