Charlton goalkeeping coach Andy Marshall set to join Birmingham City
Charlton Athletic goalkeeping coach Andy Marshall is set to join Birmingham City.
It would see the 46-year-old link back up with Lee Bowyer, who made the same move in March.
Marshall was brought in by Bowyer at the Addicks in the summer of 2018.
He has previously been goalkeeper coach at Aston Villa and even had a spell in joint caretaker charge.
The South London Press understands that no other members of staff will be following Bowyer to the Blues. He had been keen on Johnnie Jackson heading to the Championship club when he first took over. But the former Charlton captain has stayed on as assistant manager to Nigel Adkins.
Adkins has only made one change to his first-team coaching structure, promoting Jason Euell to first-team coach.
Now he is set to have another slot to fill. Marshall had three playing spells at Millwall and was part of their side which were FA Cup runners-up in 2004.
