Charlton midfielder – due to be a free agent in summer – sees loan stay ended
Charlton Athletic midfielder Aaron Henry’s loan at Rochdale has been cut short due to injury.
The 21-year-old is inside the final six months of his Addicks contract although the club retain an option to extend by a further 12 months.
Henry joined Rochdale in July and made 16 appearances before breaking his foot.
Charlton have confirmed that he will continue his rehabilitation at their Sparrows Lane training ground.
Henry was capped four times at England U16 level but has struggled to break into the senior set-up with the Addicks.
He has also had loans at Crawley and Wealdstone.
