Crystal Palace set to recall striker in January transfer window – with plans to loan out again
Crystal Palace are set to recall striker Ademola Ola-Adebomi this January and are ready to loan him out again in this upcoming window, the South London Press understands.
The 21-year-old signed with Belgian side SK Beveren this summer on a season-long loan deal but suffered a shoulder injury in their 1-1 draw with RSCA Futures – Anderletch’s youth team – in late October.
He has now made a full recovery after being expected to be out for a number of months and is available for selection.
Ola-Adebomi has featured nine times under Marink Reedijk but was left out of their matchday squad for the goalless draw with Patro Eisden Maasmechelen.
The Lewisham-born striker picked up three-goal contributions on loan with Burton Albion in League One in the second half of the 2022-23 season.
There is already interest from EFL clubs and sides in the Scottish Premiership.
