AFC Wimbledon head coach Mark Robinson believes that Jack Rudoni needs to concentrate on becoming the best in his position in League One amid Premier League links to Leeds United and Wolves.
Carshalton-born Rudoni has scored seven goals and recorded five assists this season in all competitions for the Dons.
Reports emerged over the weekend that Rudoni, 20, who made his debut for Wimbledon in 2019, has been scouted by Fulham, Luton, Nottingham Forest, Swansea, West Bromwich Albion and Hull City.
The reports also suggested that Leeds and Wolves were monitoring Rudoni’s progress.
“I want to see the best for all the players – I have worked with them for years and years,” said Robinson, who worked with Rudoni in the club’s academy, told the South London Press.
“But, fundamentally, they’re being given a platform that they wouldn’t get at any other club to perform and excel.
“Right here, right now, any of the youngsters, including Rudi, need to concentrate on being the best player in their position in League One.
“None of them are that yet – they’re just lads with loads of potential.”
