Crystal Palace were reduced to nine men as they recorded a league double over rivals Brighton for the first time since 1933 on Saturday.

The Eagles won 2-1, with Jean-Philippe Mateta and Daniel Munoz both netting for Oliver Glasner’s side.

Eddie Nketiah and Marc Guehi both saw red, with Brighton defender Jan Paul van Hecke also picking up two yellows, as there were 12 minutes of stoppage time.
