Millwall boss waiting for confirmation of first goalscorer in win over Derby County
BY RICHARD CAWLEY
Neil Harris is not worried who is awarded Millwall’s first goal in Saturday’s 2-1 win over Derby County.
Lee Gregory was initially identified as having the final touch on Shaun Williams’ free-kick.
But Jake Cooper also appeared to be claiming to have made contact after that.
Lions boss Harris said: “Until I’ve spoken to the players, I don’t know.
“But I’ve got to be honest, I’m not really too fussed. They are two players I expect to score goals this season.
“I’d like Lee to get double figures and Coops shouldn’t be too far behind from set-plays.
“I like my strikers to score but I’m not overly fussed as long as the ball goes into that net.”
