Millwall complete deal for Luke Cundle – ex-Wolves midfielder registered in time ahead of QPR clash
Millwall Football Club is delighted to announce the signing of Luke Cundle.
The 22-year-old midfielder joins from Wolverhampton Wanderers for an undisclosed fee and signed a three-and-a-half-year deal.
He has become the Lions’ fourth signing of the January transfer window.
The South Londoners have confirmed that he has been registered in time to be in contention for Saturday’s Championship visit of Queens Park Rangers.
“I’m pleased to have captured the signature of Luke,” said Steve Gallen, Millwall’s director of football.
“Luke has Championship and some Premier League experience – he is a midfielder who is comfortable on the ball, is full of energy and wants to run and play forward.
“He has a good record of goal involvements – goals and assists – at every team he has played for.
“I want to thank Wolves for their help with this signing. We all welcome Luke to the club and look forward to watching what he can do with us over time.”
