The 28-year-old has agreed a three-year contract with Blues after scoring 37 goals in 165 appearances for the west London club.
He will link up with former Charlton forward Alfie May and look to fire the Blues back to the Champpionship.

The 19-year-old is set to bolster Neil Harris’ defensive options.
Eagles have club option on striker
There has been a bit of noise that Crystal Palace striker Odsonne Edouard will be out of contract at the end of this upcoming season.
The French striker has been linked with a loan to an obligation to buy with Ipswich.
But the South London Press understands the Eagles have a club option to extend his deal into the 2025-26 season.
Palace consider Bournemouth keeper
Bournemouth keeper Mark Travers is one of the names under consideration by Crystal Palace as Wolves progress on a deal to sign Sam Johnstone.
The Eagles look set to be in the market for the keeper in the final days of the window as Wolves close in on a deal to sign Johnstone, who Oliver Glasner revealed this week has asked to leave.
Dean Henderson is Glasner’s first-choice keeper, and Johnstone will have to depart Selhurst Park in order to regain his England status.

Wolverhampton Wanderers are closing on a deal to sign Crystal Palace goalkeeper Sam Johnstone.
The Eagles are expected to pocket a fee in the region of £10million for the England stopper.
Johnstone wants to leave on a permanent deal after losing his number one shirt and starting role to Dean Henderson following an elbow injury he suffered on international duty with England in March.
The former West Brom stopper was set to go as Gareth Southgate’s number two to Euro 2024 and will want regular Premier League football in order to maintain his international ambitions.

The Lewisham-born striker will now undergo a medical with the Eagles ahead of a permanent move.
Nketiah will become Palace’s fourth signing of the summer should all go to plan.
He will bolster Oliver Glasner’s attacking ranks.

Crystal Palace have already loaned out nine academy and development players, including the likes of Jesurun Rak-Sakyi, David Ozoh and Joe Whitworth – but there is a shortlist of players from Palace’s U21 squad seeking to join them before Friday’s deadline.
Jack Wells-Morrison, Justin Devenny, Roshaun Mathurin and Franco Umeh are all players available for stints away from the club.
Meanwhile, central defender Sean Grehan, who had a short move to Carlisle United last season, is seeking to overcome injury to return to the EFL.
Umeh and Mathurin, who were two of the U21’s brightest attacking talents last season, have had interest this summer, but no firm offers have yet to materialse.
Northampton were working on a deal for Mathurin, which collapsed.
Irish youngster Umeh, who is in line for an U21 call-up for the first time in his career, could have a move away determined by Palace’s ability to bring in first-team cover for Tyrick Mitchell.
Chelsea complete deal for Belgian keeper
Chelsea have completed the signing of Belgian goalkeeper Mike Penders from Genk.
The 19-year-old has been sent straight back to the Belgian club for the remainder of the 2024-25 season and will join Chelsea’s first-team squad in the summer of 2025.
Penders is a Belgian youth international and has represented his country up to U19 level.
QPR striker set for League One switch
QPR forward Lyndon Dykes is set to undergo a medical with Birmingham ahead of a £1million switch.
The Scottish forward had been linked with a move to Millwall but is now set to drop down to League One.
Dykes moved to QPR from Livingston in August 2020 and has scored 37 goals in 165 appearances.
He will line up alongside former Charlton striker Alfie May at St Andrews once the deal is complete.
