The LP Swing Orchestra comes to Cadogan Hall, Chelsea on October 1
With renditions of Fever, Peanut Vendor and Memories Of You, this 17-piece swing orchestra will take you through the golden ages of jazz.
Following the success of its concerts on Sky Arts TV, the LP Swing Orchestra is coming to Cadogan Hall in Sloane Terrace, Chelsea, on October 1, with a new programme.
Celebrating a century of swing from Fletcher Henderson and Louis Armstrong, through the golden age of Duke Ellington and Count Basie to the contemporary tracks of Michael Bublé, the LP orchestra will have feet tapping all the way through this concert.
Their latest single made the Top 40 in the UK Singles Chart and No1 in the iTunes Jazz Chart and their lockdown live stream series attracted more than 100,000 and included the very first streamed big band concert from Abbey Road Studios.
Matt Ford and Nicola Emmanuelle will be the big voices for this concert.
Mr Ford has graced the BBC Proms with six performances and Mrs Emmanuelle is best known for her standout performance as Ella in the West End show The Rat Pack: Live from Las Vegas.
Cadogan Hall is a perfect location for the concert – big enough to let it play out but still with an intimacy that brings the audience right in on the action.
Grab your tickets now for the full swing experience at Cadogan Hall in Sloane Terrace, Chelsea, on October 1.
