A man in his 20s may suffer from life-changing injuries after a shooting in the early evening yesterday.
Police were called by the London Ambulance Service (LAS) to Gaskell Street in Clapham at around 5.45pm following reports of a shooting.
Specialist firearms officers, police and the LAS were all at the scene.
A young man was found suffering from injuries. He was taken to hospital, where he remains.
The police have said his condition is not believed to be life-threatening but may be life-changing.
Three men have been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder and firearms offences and have been taken into custody.
