Crystal Palace have shown an interest in signing FC Copenhagen centre-back Victor Nelsson, according to a report by on a national newspaper’s website.
The Danish international was linked with a £9million move to Aston Villa last summer.
Nelsson used to operate as a midfielder. He is comfortable on the ball and reads the game well too.
The former FC Nordsjaelland player signed for Copenhagen in 2019 and has since gone on to make 53 appearances for the Danish side.
However the 22-year-old reportedly has a number of European clubs after him with the Daily Mail claiming Palace are one keeping tabs.
It has been claimed that the Eagles want to reduce the age of their squad this summer, with 17 players due to leave Selhurst Park this summer when their contracts expire.
