Welling United snap up Dulwich Hamlet defender
Welling United have signed Dulwich Hamlet defender Will Wood.
The left-back scored three goals in 34 appearances for Hamlet last season but exits after the South London club endured a miserable campaign and were relegated from National League South.
Wood is Welling’s first close season capture.
The Wings finished 16th in National League South in the previous campaign.
Wood started on the books of Southampton but left in 2018 for Accrington Stanley. He featured for Ebbsfleet United before making the move to Champion Hill last summer.
