Youngsters keeping healthy during lockdown thanks to Millwall

A youngsters’ health programme backed by Millwall has been keeping them busy with weekly uploads to its YouTube channel.

Sports 4 Tots had to suspend its weekly programme in schools and nurseries but filmed some sports lessons in a race against time before lockdown.

The sessions have been adapted so toddlers can take part at home, as physical activity is so important for the children’s mental wellbeing when they cannot go out.

It has had more than 1,500 hits so far on its first lesson – Agility – and received many pictures and videos of children taking part.

It has now released its third session – football.

The sessions can be seen by clicking on the words below.

Agility

Football

Basketball

  • We absolutely love Sports4Tots – my daughter loves her Saturday morning sessions and is absolutely loving being able to tune in on the Sports4Tots YouTube channel at home to take part in the active fun at home!
