Charlton Athletic confirm that Slobodan Tedic loan to Manchester City terminated

Charlton Athletic have terminated the loan of Manchester City striker Slobodan Tedic.

We reported more than once in the South London Press – and on our pod – that the Serbian attacker was set to be sent back to the Premier League club this month.

And now the Addicks have confirmed that Tedic is no longer one of their temporary deals.

The 23-year-old struggled to make an impression in SE7 and even injuries to more first-choice options such as Chuks Aneke and Miles Leaburn did not lead to him holding down a spot.

Tedic scored twice in 12 League One appearances but only four of those were starts.

He did not feature in the New Year’s Day fixture against Oxford United due to concussion protocols.
