Leeds United linked with summer swoop for Fulham midfielder
Leeds United are reportedly lining up a summer swoop for Fulham midfielder Harrison Reed.
The former Southampton midfielder signed for the Whites on a permanent basis last summer and has gone on to make 31 appearances in the 2020-21 campaign.
Now the Daily Mail are reporting that Leeds are tracking Reed ahead of a potential move this summer.
Scott Parker’s side were relegated from the Premier League and will be playing Championship football next season.
Speaking to The Athletic last month, Reed said: “My initial reaction after this season is to get back to the Premier League as quick as possible.
“The Championship is a very, very competitive league – it takes a lot of quality and a mentality and consistency to be successful, but last season and this season will stand us in good stead.
“I’ve really enjoyed the season in the Premier League. I’ve loved it. I feel like I’ve grown as a player. I can’t wait to get back there. We can do that next season.”
