Sheffield United striker ready for ‘fight’ against Millwall
David McGoldrick says that Sheffield United will have to “fight” to beat Millwall this evening.
The South London club have only won twice in their previous 12 visits to Bramall Lane – their last victory was a 2-1 win back in October 2015, with Aiden O’Brien scoring a brace.
Millwall’s last visit to Sheffield United saw Jake Cooper score a last minute equaliser in April 2019.
McGoldrick said: “That’s the Championship the games come thick and fast. Another game on Tuesday night.
“It will be a great atmosphere again and it’s great we’ll go into it on the back of a win, that’s the main thing.
“We’ve got confidence going into the game and we have to fight and grind out another victory.”
