Non-league round-up: Dulwich Hamlet to face Plymouth Parkway in FA Trophy after beating Brentwood

Dulwich Hamlet have been draw away to Plymouth Parkway in the third round of the FA Trophy after they dispatched Brentwood 2-1 in the second round on Saturday.

Danny Mills headed home Hamlet’s opener after 13 minutes.

The hosts, who had their largest attendance of the season, levelled just after the break when Rob Harvey arrived unmarked in the box to nod home from close range.

Dulwich won the game in the final five minutes, Tyrone Sterling smashed the ball in from close range.

The South Londoners travel to Havant & Waterlooville on Wednesday night for a National League South fixture. Their hosts recently lost 4-0 to Charlton Athletic in the FA Cup first round.

Bromley lost 2-0 at Wrexham on Saturday to leave them sixth in the National League.

Danny Mills score the first goal

The Ravens were reduced to 10 men after just nine minutes when Liam Trotter was given his marching orders. The Welsh club made them pay as Reece Hall-Johnson gave them the lead just after the half-hour mark.

Paul Mullin wrapped the game up for Wrexham when he scored after 60 minutes to condemn Bromley to their fourth defeat of the season.

Next up for Andy Woodman’s side is Wealdstone this weekend.

Tooting & Mitcham made it four consecutive defeats as they lost 2-1 at home to Chertsey Town at the weekend.

Jake Baxter gave the visitors the lead after 24 minutes before Dan Williams equalised for Tooting four minutes later.

But just 15 minutes later Samuel Murphy got the visitors their second of the afternoon, which was enough to wrap up all three points.

Mitcham are in action tonight as they face Sittingbourne in the Velocity Trophy second round.
