Doggies day out at Scrufts Dog Show in Camberwell

Emma, a Staffordshire Bull Terrier cross that had been rescued from illegal fighting, was the popular winner of this year’s Scrufts dog show held in Brunswick Park, Camberwell.
Emma took Best in Show in the annual community event.
She received a prize from David Cuffe, founder of the London Animal Hospital.
Scrufts saw about 100 people gather on Saturday to see dogs of all shapes and sizes take part in a fun rounds including Best Veteran, Best Child Handler and Musical Sit.
Scrufts is organised by the Friends of Brunswick Park.
This year, David Cuffe gave his time to judge along with Darren Freer from Pets at Home and Kirsten Fi-Fi Imrie from Camberwell Walkies.
Pets at Home donated the prizes for all the winners.
Photographer, Dawson James was on hand to take some snaps of the event, while the newly opened art space, The Bower, supplied cold drinks and snacks from its café in the park.
Friends of Brunswick Park is a community organisation dedicated to the upkeep and promotion of Brunswick Park.
