Ipswich Town ‘accept’ bid from Charlton Athletic for Scott Fraser
Ipswich Town have reportedly accepted an improved offer from Charlton Athletic for Scott Fraser.
The Addicks had a bid rejected last weekend but the East Anglian Daily Times reported yesterday that a fresh approach had been made for the 26-year-old.
The publication add that the structure of the deal could see Ipswich make a small profit on Fraser, who they signed in the summer from Milton Keynes.
Charlton are looking to add one more player to their squad before the transfer window closes this evening.
Fraser has scored one goal in 15 appearances at Portman Road. The Scotsman is yet to feature under new Ipswich boss Kieran McKenna.
