Got a spare £865k to buy a studio flat?

Newly built luxury homes at Battersea Power Station are now available to buy – at a cost of £865,000 for a studio.

This year will see the London landmark opening its doors, with people able to visit its shops, restaurants and other attractions.

Switch House East is the second residential area to open at the development and offers 119 new homes including studios, one, two, three and four-bedroomed apartments.

Simon Murphy, chief executive officer at Battersea Power Station Development Company (BPSDC), said: “The completion of Switch House East marks the first milestone of the year, as we take another step closer to final completion.

“Opening the rest of this historic building to the public later this year, will see residents, members of the local community, Londoners and international visitors enjoy a mix of uses for years to come.”
