Dulwich Runners round-up: PBs clocked at Manchester Marathon

Dulwich fielded 12 runners at the Manchester Marathon with numerous personal bests on a good flat course, writes Jonathan Whittaker.

Jack Ramm recorded one of Dulwich’s fastest-ever performances with his evenly paced 2:26:03 placing ninth, just outside Jim Estall’s club record mark of 2:25:31 set in 1991.

Tim Bowen also produced one of his best displays to finish 43rd (2:29:53).

Shane O’Neill (2:34:02) and Jon Phillips (2:36:09) both recorded PBs by eight minutes and were joined under three hours by Andrew Inglis (2:44:50) and Peter Jenkins (2:46:04).

Yvette Dore followed up her recent half marathon PB with another at the longer distance in a superb 3:13:51.

Des Crinion tired in the last third of the race to finish in 3:23:06.

There were also excellent runs from Helena Flippance (3:34:56), Alice Williams (3:35:00), Chris Sanderson (3:50:01) and a new PB for Rhian Stansfield (3:57:51).
