The Chinese Food festival returns after a two year hiatus

Back after a two-year pandemic-break, this August, London’s Bedford Square Gardens will host the Chinese Food Festival, an immersive Chinese cultural and culinary celebration with food, craftwork, workshops and performances.

The three-day festival will be taking place at London’s largest private Georgian garden between August 26 to 28.

The Chinese Food Festival is a fascinating opportunity to experience and explore an array of diverse cuisines from different regions of China.

More than 10 intriguing and tantalising Chinese-owned food and drink brands will exhibit including Master Wei, Noodle & Beer, CoCo Fresh Tea & Juice and YiFang and more.

As well as live folk music and classical dance performances, visitors will be able to star in theatrical performances dressed-up in dynasty costumes from ancient Chinese culture and take part in thrilling live action murder mystery games.

Explore and appreciate China’s cultural heritage by learning the art of making traditional Chinese crafts from woodblock printing to Chinese lantern making.

Find inspiration from the variety of stalls set-up selling unique Chinese cultural treasures, such as handmade Yunnan craftwork, traditional Han dynasty costumes and archaeological gift sets of famed Chinese relics.

There will be three sessions per day on Saturday and Sunday, and two sessions on Friday, with two types of tickets available, valid for a minimum of three hours depending on the time slot.
