Ted’s top of the business podcasts

After years of providing valuable content to inform the next generation of young entrepreneurs, Ted Lawlor’s If Only They Knew (IOTK) podcast has been named as the Best Business Podcast of the Year by the Prestige Awards.

Ted Lawlor from Bermondsey started the podcast If Only They Knew while studying business and Marketing at Anglia Ruskin University in 2017.

From stars of The Apprentice to contestants on Dragons Den, Ted has provided a platform for some of the UK’s biggest and best entrepreneurs – with an appearance on the IOTK podcast being an integral stepping stone for up-and-coming talent.

Mr Lawlor said: “This award acts as proof that you should never quit as there were several moments where I wanted to close If Only They Knew as I didn’t see the impact it was actually having at the time.

“It’s surreal to now be an award-winning entrepreneur and bestselling author.

“The teenage me that was facing depression would’ve never believed just how much things have changed.”
